Attention with Flap-Banners

Content superimposing ad media has to contain a close button (CLOSE X) in the upper right corner (20 x 20 Pixels). That button has to call JavaScript iab_hide().

ActionScript
getURL("Javascript:iab_hide()", "_self")

Flap banners also have to call IABopen and IABclose.

The function "IABopen" has to be called either at the rollOver event or in the frame which initializes the opening of the flap banner. The function "IABclose" has to be called either at the event rollOut or after the closing of the flap banner. Quelle: IAB-Austria

Banner formats and guidelines are based on the recommendations made by the IAB-Austria. Bannercontrol does allow media sizes of up to 50kB (contrary to IAB-Austria standards of 40kB).
